SmartView by Default

Hi,

Is there a way to Force by default every user when access the Content Server (16.2.10) opens in SmartView? They can switch later but default should be smartview.

Is there a reason why your load balancer being configured to https:///otcs/llisapi.dll/app not an option ? That way users default to smart view with an option to toggle to classic UI.
