Why there are the differences between otcs webwork module bundle and csui sdk lib?

Hi,
As we found out, there are some differences between code in bundle, supplied with content server (distrib and updates and csui sdk libraries.
The most annoying is in method leaveWorkitemPerspective.
In content server, it routes to home screen, while version from sdk returns user into previous container (preferable).
Now we trying to guess the reasons they are diff..
