Workflow Step in Smart View

Hello All

I came across a presentation in KC about CS UI SDK which talks about workflow widgets. The widgets can be configured in such a way that the form tasks in a workflow can be reviewed and approved from the Smart View itself. It mentions about end-users getting access to this view on workflow assignments. I have also provided a screenshot from the presentation. I would like to understand how this can be accomplished, in that way I can request users to use the smart view for form steps.

I have also attached the screenshots from the presentation just in case.

this can be achieved by checking the "Initiate in Smart View" option on "Start" step activity at workflow level.

Also you need to choose the "Smart View" value for the "Display" option on each User Step activity.

After you "Add to Workflow Definition" the above setting it will show the "Smart View" tab at activity level.

'Form view' here does not mean 'Form step'. I run into a problem when a Form step is opened in smart view by group user, it goes to classic view for user to accept the assignment.

You need to add the attributes in the Task's properties page. You can add the "Workflow Attributes" or "Form attributes" in single or two sections
