is there a way to use API to delete fax job instead of using JobCancel?

If there are Accepted Answers, those will be shown by default. You can switch to 'All Replies' by selecting the tab below.
No API is there to delete fax job. Only JobCancel is there to cancel the job.

How long the fax jobs are kept in EasyLink? Is this controlled through API or set at the account level ?
