Salesforce Business application connection

Hi,

I am trying to configure Salesforce business in Extended ECM for Salesforce, while creating connection i am getting error "Connection test failed for SalesforceOne. Could not create the object". Can anyone please help me to solve the issue.

what do the logs say about the cause of the error ? they usually have more detail that is shared with the UI and you can increase your log level as well.

I would start with the standard OT logs are full logging level - THREAD and CONNECT - check the docs for SalesForce xECM as there could be some other logs too that may help.
