Smart UI doesn't work through Citrix

Dear colleagues.

We have strange issue. When users try to open Smart UI main page (/OTCS/cs.exe/app, it opens automaticaly after authentication) it doesn't work and we get error in IE console with code 8e5e0408.
We tried to find info through internet, but it wasn't sucessfull.
Our users work through Citrix. We tried to re-create user's profile and this problem dissapeared but it popped up again after some time.

Maybe someone have some ideas what to do with it? I attached screenshot for better understanding

This looks like it is timing out getting to the Java Script. I would look at running JavaScript from Citrix...and the browser setting for running JavaScript https://www.trainingcheck.com/help-centre-2/faqs/troubleshooting/how-do-i-enable-javascript-on-my-computer/ to see that is set up right....
