KUAF table inconsistent value for eDiscovery in column USERPRIVILEGES

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone else ever noticed that in the KUAF table, the column USERPRIVILEGES may show different values for what seems to be the same checkmarks in a user's profile when dealing with eDiscovery access.  If I set an account to Login Enable, Public Access and eDiscovery, I will first see USERPRIVILEGES value of 14351, then removing eDiscovery and adding it back makes it 10255.  Any ideas what's going on?  I mainly want to know if it's a sign of a larger issue I should be aware of.
