Smart View reassign workflow tasks

Hello,

Is it possible to reassign workflow tasks from Smart View? We are on 20.3 and I'm trying to make a tracking section for some of our workflows for the management groups to use. The one feature that I can't find or figure out how to do is reassign a task without having to go back to classic view. Is this possible yet, and if not, is it somewhere on the roadmap?

Hello Bryan,

yes, this is possible in the "Progress View" of the Workflow tracking widget. When you open the workflow from the list view, you will see the "Progress View" and the "Current Step" is being displayed with the current owner of this assignment. By clicking on the user name, the profile card is opened. There you will be presented with a button to reassign this step to somebody else.

Interesting. Mine doesn't do that. With F12 up and clicking on the name, it looks like it's trying to open something, but it either opens behind the current frame or not at all. I'm fully patched so guess it's a support ticket time. Thanks for pointing that out.

Do you see any error or warning on the console after you click on the name?

No errors, I looked there first before I posted. Chromium Edge is the default browser, and I just tried Chrome. With the window not maximized, it looked like the edge of a new window was opening behind the current frame, but that only happened on the first click.
