Uploading email via drag and drop in Smart View OTCS 16.2.7 change mimetype to Document.
Hello,
Any one experience uploading an Email in folder via drag and drop, the mimetype is Document instead of Email in Smart View?
Tried in Classic View and it gives out the correct Mimetype which is email.

The expected object type is E-mail in both cases, of course.
I do not know, what was the first version of Smart View, that supported uploading e-mails. (It was not the first one.) Also, I remember some turbulences in the past, when this feature got broken and had to be fixed.
I tested it on my CS 20.3 and it works as expected. If you are planning to upgrade your CS, you might purpose the upgrade as a solution for this problem too. If not, you can file a support case about it and ask the OT CS for finding out what is the first CS that supported the e-mail upload and if there were hotfixes needed for 16.2.7.1
