Where are the Content Server REST API's published???

I used to be able to go to developer.opentext.com for these, then appworksdeveloper.opentext.com but now, both sites seem to be repurposed. Is there a place where outside developers can continue to be able to access to the API swagger documentation? I know it can be found in the Content Server SDK online and offline documentation, but I wanted to know where to send developers when they don't have a KC or OT support account (unless of course one can get an account on OT support without being a customer or a partner).

All forum posts have been migrated to this new area. New versions of the API are available here in developer.opentext.com. As Appu points out, the SDK and older API versions are stored in My Support (which requires a support contract and OpenText Connect account).
