Excel Files with macros try to open in an untrusted Opentext Temp location - so fails to open

Apologies if this is on the wrong section.

We have Excel files that contain Macros that will not open from OpenText, I think because they try to launch and open in a Temp folder that can't be made trusted. The files try to run Macros "on open", this fails, so the file does not open at all.

If I export the same file from OpenText to my device (My Documents folder) and open it from there - it works fine.

Is there a way to change the default opening folder to one that I can make trusted? Is there another solution?
