We have an issue using FME (Migration Center) using CWS to fetch content metadata and download content from Content Server to Migration DB. This is just a scanning process.
The scan runs fine until it reaches point where the memory on the server where CWS is configured reaches 95% ( consumed by llserverworker.exe ) and more and then it grinds the scanning.
Workaround - Stop scanning - memory doesn't drop
Restart OTCS service - then all good. Memory drops (which is understood)
Re-run scanning - memory spikes again.
DA paused - still no difference. Memory spikes.
The CWS for this solution has been configured on the Admin server where Agents and Indexing process runs and it has 8 threads running.
CWS configured on Apache Tomcat.
Has anyone experienced this issue and if so any clue as in what would be the cause.
Please note this is just content extraction from CS to FME Migration DB and files downloaded to a file share on the job scanner (FME Migration tool) server.
Any thoughts will be highly appreciated.
