As an initiative to integrate Business Requirements with Open Text Exstream, we are looking at using RTF files to hold the content of a letter or statement which could then be integrated with Exstream to generated the PDF or AFP output. A small Proof of Concept was carried out for which the outcome was fruitful, I would like to understand if this has been implemented in production environments and what were the challenges that would possibly arise by implementing this approach. Any advise or suggestion would greatly help us progress further. Thank you.
