System Center login issue with Rest API

On my Production System CS 20.3, build 16.2.13.1231 the System Center (lates update) is not able to login to the Content Server.

The log file shows

06/28/2021 16:30:15 ERROR Content Server rest authentication request has failed!

06/28/2021 16:30:15 ERROR Expected '200' but found '302'

06/28/2021 16:30:15 ERROR Error code: 401, message: The authentication has failed!

I tried to login with the "Advance Rest Client" Tool using Basic Authentication it returns a Status 200 and trys to redirect me by 302 to the OTDS.

I do not understand why this is happening.

In the last view month the system Center worked with out any problem.

I have also a Ticket open OTCS Ticket 4869631 but the support is not able to resolve.

May be somebody has an idea.

Hi Michael,

Have you looked at your Web Server/Content Server/OTDS logs to see what is happening or who is redirecting the request to OTDS? You might need to turn up the thread logs to DEBUG to see if the request is making to your Content Server or if your web server is redirecting the request.
