Dear Community -
The users are unable to open workspace attachments or attach a new document to an existing workspace. The system doesn't respond or open a pop-up to select/browse documents for attaching purposes.
This is happening in the prod. system and not in Development/QA system. All the systems are patched and up to date.
I have provided a few screenshots explaining the issue. Any guidance will be appreciated.
