Extending the capabilities of the Console and the overall developer experience domain model to support the concept of an Organization (owned by the developer) which owns and manages its own applications and tenants, along with the ability to make the applications available within the tenants owned by the developer at the click of a button without the need to generate tenant specific keys.
The delivery of a set of management APIs allows the developer to automate the tasks they can do within the Developer Console and Admin Center thereby supporting their DevOps automation processes and the automated provisioning of tenants and users for subscribers to the developer's application.
