How do you set another user for your workflows when you're "out of office"?
I've heard this is something easily accomplished with Rel 21. We expose our users to only the Smart UI.
You can set the WF Proxy values in Classic UI (My Account -> Settings -> Workflow). not sure if that functionality is surfaced in Smart UI as yet.
As an alternative, you can use a WebReport, running in SmartUI, and use the USERPREFACTION tag to set the values.
Not sure which version this is available from, but one of the OTCS instances I am using is 21.2 and it has this facility in Smart View. Simply click on the user initials on the top right hand corner and click on the user name and it should present this window:
