FaxNumberAdd failing on Test2

Hello,

I am trying to call the FaxNumberAdd api to assign a fax number to an user. The endpoint I am using is TEST2: https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync. I am getting the following error whenever I am hitting the endpoint:

I have already created a valid user on TEST2 with Mail2Fax service prior to testing this functionality.

Here is the payload for reference:

Also I have used the FaxNumberAvailableList API and validated that there is atleast one number available in TEST2 with region code: 954 and country code: 1.

I tried hitting the endpoint with the same payload as before but I am getting the same error.

Also suddenly, our UserCreate API is also giving some kind of error. It was working perfectly before. Here is the response when I try to create an user on TEST2:

The endpoint for both the requests is: https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync

I just fired API request to the FaxNumberAdd TEST2 endoint. I am trying with country code: 1 and region code: 954 as we found that there is a number available in the pool with the same.

But we are getting the same error. Please find the screenshot below.

I can assure you that the user we are using for testing is valid. Here is a response from userinfo API call from TEST2.

Thank you for looking into the issue. I just tried again, getting the same error response as before. You can check the response for timestamps. The endpoint is: https://test2messaging.easylink.com/soap/sync. The payload is same as before.
