OpenText Extended ECM for Salesforce - Importing configuration in Salesforce

Hi folks,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

We're configuring OpenText Extended ECM for Salesforce and in the OpenText Configuration guide (REF OpenText Extended ECM for Salesforce CE 21.3 - Configuration Guide English (EESA210300-CGD-EN-01)) it references the ability to import pre-configuration using an xml file "sa_configuration.xml".

I can't find this the file "sa_configuration".

Anyone know where these resources may be?

25.2 Importing the configuration

You can use an exported configuration file to import the configuration to your

system. The sa_configuration configuration file contains the following for each

supported Salesforce object:

• Triggers on the objects

• VisualForce and Lightning pages to display the business workspace widget

• Buttons for viewing each business workspace in a 'light box'

• OpenText sample page layouts containing the business workspace widget and

light box button

• Property provider and related business workspaces configuration records for the

sample configuration

Hello folks,

Hoping you can guide me with this incident.

1) We are using a Salesforce "connected app" called OpenText that allows you to configure via Oauth2 in order to connect to a Tomcat server.

2) There are 2 main ways to connect to the external server, using the same domain but with different connection ports. One would be the https standard (443) and the other 8090. Both duly registered in the "URL Remote Settings", a space reserved for opening the Salesforce connection to other systems.

3) The "connected app" allows us to test the connection and only approves the connection with the standard https port (443). In no way does it allow us to connect to a custom 8090 port.

It is believed that the problem is with the "connected app" that does not allow the Oauth connection with a port other than 443.

We require your help to achieve the connection and perform the respective functionality tests.

The version available for the demo is xECM 20.4
