UserInfo & UserCreate failing on Test2

Hello Team,

We are testing our revamped FaxMail integration on Test2. Everything was going good till 4th of March. But suddenly we are getting errors while trying to communicate with the UserInfo & UserCreate APIs on TEST2 environment.

The issues that we are getting are: client - server connection problem & User management internal error.

Here are detailed response screenshots for our API calls:

Requesting for an early resolution as this a critical implementation for our organization.

We verified that User Info and User Create APIs are working fine now. Could you please check and let us know if the issue is resolved.
