UserInfo failing on Test2

Hi Team,

We are testing our revamped FaxMail integration on Test2. Everything was going well till the 1st of April. But suddenly we are getting errors while trying to communicate with the UserInfo API on the TEST2 environment.

The issue that we are getting is: XOA-2000 [system error] : User management internal error -- description ---db_errno:2db_reason0dbget_msgclient - server connection problem.
