Download multiple files

Hi,

Recently I got an issue from the user where they are not able to download multiple files in Smart View. I tried to do it and when I select the files and click on download, the pop-up says "Extracting Items" and then changes to "compressing items" and nothing happens after that.

I checked the logs for the object ID and didn't find any error in the logs. Have any one faced this issue in the Smart View? The zip and download works fine in the Classic view.

Hi,

I can see trace file is getting generated for the issue. Have replaced the actual server name with "Hostname" in the log file.

@Nikhil Sanghvi - if you haven't already, I would strongly recommend opening a ticket with OpenText support to get attention.

Looking briefly at the trace file, I'd also suggest checking your system is up-to-date with all patches etc. The error reporting relates to Brava and I wouldn't be surprised if there are patches missing that may fix this.

@Nikhil Sanghvi This could be BOT-3715: Trace with Zip and Download on CS 20.2. when Brava is installed. Fixed with https://knowledge.opentext.com/knowledge/llisapi.dll/Open/77917297 I'd also suggest checking your system is up-to-date with all patches, please.

Hi @Yvonne_Knauthe : I checked and the patch you have mentioned does not come in the System center manager. We are on 16.2.8 version. Again the zip and download works in classic view, it is only failing in smart view.

@Henshaw_David : Yeah I am going to open a ticket now for this issue.
