Getting this error when making a UserProfileRead call. I was able to make a successful call on a Friday and then the following Monday, I've continue to receive this error. Talked to OpenText support and the engineers said the following. However, I'm able to make other types of API calls without issue and get the expected responses back. Anyone seen this issue? Every time I make this call, the server name is different.
1. When the API is facing a really high number of requests and the platform is unable to process the request
2. When there is a network change during the off hours.
