Fill and Submit forms via rest api

Hello All,

We have a form that has few attributes that needs to be filled and submitted which then initiates the workflow.

I have searched the rest api document and found the alpaca forms for filing, but it is not working as expected. Can someone provide me with an example or any rest api call that we can use to fill and submit the form?
