With our production DocuSign account we are receiving certificate errors when attempting to Ad Hoc sign a document. This same action works in development using my development account with no DocuSign certificates installed.
We are using CS 21.4 with OAuth patch pat162004351 applied in both environments. The "Test Settings" in the Admin pages completes successfully.
I have tried installing DocuSign Root, Intermediate and Email related certificates.
