Smart UI question: Where is the setting in the admin pages to turn on or off the link that shows in your My Account drop down menu to go to smart view?

Forum questions: How can I get to the regular user forums where I should be posting such questions? I go to forums.opentext.com and I get redirected always to the developer forums. That's great most of the time, but sometimes I really need the user forums.

The Forums like WR,WF and General are protected for maintenance paying customers. So when you hit this link for e.g you will see the OT IAM making you log in with a saml perhaps one to 3 times so in reality when I hit this link

I will see that it has no forums listed so I will click Back to My Support Portal link and there in starts the saml redirects doing something and voila when everything stabilizes you have your forums

BTW once you are in don't think it will stay live, the next time around expect the same saml dance :)

OT in some version does not give the root user Admin any real privileges. It is especially hard for people like us who has had the blanket use of admin (otadmin at otds dot admin) so when I find myself in a pinch I will think oh is it restricted by Usage Privilege/ Subtype Privilege. Then I will look in Privilege and Voila I found the "Business Administrators" role and then Classic Interface configuration.

Thanks for the response, Appu!! So it was there on that page all along. Except I'm accessing as a user who should be in that group already. For some reason, I thought I last saw that on a completely different page.

I am increasingly finding Admin to be cut out from doing anything useful, perhaps OT's way of weaning users from misusing that user.

I double checked this. That's not the thing I'm after. I'm after the setting which puts the Smart View link in the My Account menu. This setting adds the Classic View link to the Smart View, and I'm looking for the other way around.
