I would primarily recommend to reach out to them, since your question has many angles based on your configuration & architecture and what you are trying to achieve. In any case, i would strongly recommend to upgrade to latest (23.2 is out) since 16EP7 came out in 2019 and we have released 9 versions since then, including a major architecture change last year (22.2).
