at the moment, not without Javascript overrides using the SmartSDK if you cant remove it from the configuration side.

This option exists in the product, no need for complex Smart UI overrides.
Please see attached for the setting.

You can hide collect using Object Usage Privileges.

I believe you can hide Apply Hold and Remove hold in the RM settings area.
