Help needed on left and right double quotation conversion

Hi Team,
As part of business requirement, Documentum workflow method is converting HTML to PDF using iTextPDF API.

Generated PDF contains some special characters whenever tried to convert left(“) and right(”) double quotation marks. We seen above issue in DCTM 21.2 and however, it is converting without any issue in DCTM 16.4 setup.

Is there any issue on encoding in DCTM 21.2 ? If yes, please share the resolution steps.

Any help would be highly beneficial for me!!

What makes you think Documentum has anything to do with it? This is done in your code. You probably relied on default Java encoding and that may have changed between your two systems.

FYI… the embedded opensource version of iText is going to be replaced soon, in a future release of Documentum.
