Hi Team,
When there are people who left current role, it is becoming a redundant task to apply the same rule as SAP user rule and then to the open text role as well.
Do Opentext provide an alternative solution where the respective user account can be locked or set an expiry date similar to SAP User Id?
When SAP user id is deactivated, would the Opentext file User ID / Workflow ID also gets locked or de-activated automatically?
Do we have any provision in Opentext for these options?
