Not able to open MSG, XLSX, and DOCX document from Change request business workplace. Please see attached document for screen shot.
Same PDF document cannot open from BP business workplace. The same PDF can be opened from Change Request. Please see attached screen shot.

Please advise how to resolve the issue.
