Workflow - how to capture the document name of more than one attachment

Hello experts,

I am new to workflow and webreports.When i used Item reference, i can capture the attachment name of a document using the webreport. When i have more than one documents the item reference will capture only one.

Any method to capture more than one, If possible provide an example

The documents you are seeing follow the same DAPI model which is given a parent a listing will show all items.So if a parent is 20000 select * from dtree where parentid=20000.The WR has a tag for listing children.

When you view a WF on the GUI you will see an attachment if you look at the attachment's general properties you will see a number the WR has an easy tag that will give you the attachment dataid.

That is how you can get any number of items under the attachments.

WF sometimes has pointers to other objects like shortcuts and such hopefully your WF actually carries documents etc people added but that is the way you can get it.
