xECM connected / business workspace REST APIs, SPI for 16.2.11

Hi experts,

My customer is wanting to integrate a custom .net application into their OTCS 16.2.11 platform. I'm eager for them to avoid using the CWS SOAP APIs, with CWS being marked for deprecation in latest releases (to which they'll be updating in the next 6 months).

This use case would ideally use the create/complete UI workspace integration widget, but may also need to create the workspaces via backend API call for bulk or event-based creation.

Question 1: Are there 16.2.11 xECM REST APIs for business workspaces and connected workspaces? The links I've found no longer work

Question 2: Has anyone got any starter code to create an SPI component in .net? I can ask the devs to consider creating an interface with coded representation of the business object attributes for passing to to business workspace, but I can't find a model of what a valid SPI response should look like.

Question 3: Would it be simpler to just create a Connected Workspace and pass relevant attributes? If so, is there a REST call for 16.2.11 to create connected workspaces?

There are REST APIs that can be found in https://developer.opentext.com/apis for the appropriate version of OTCS that you have.
