Dear colleagues, where can I find a guide how to make a configuration for OCP utility to automate the manual operations that should be performed in the developer console like adding users into the app and than into the groups?

There is an Admin API which enables you to automate most of the actions available within the Admin Center UI. Please be aware, some of the actions require you to authenticate with your Organization service client (Organization security context) and some of them require you to login using your app credentials (Tenant security context).
