Database SQL Error while browsing the smart ui

Dears,

we face a strange behaviour in our environment , when browsing from smart ui, the system log error in the System Event Report type "Database SQL Error" as attached

we have Content Server 21.4, Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (SP1) , Windows Server 2016 Standard Evaluation 6.3

Any help?

as this is appearing in THREAD 2, what does CONNECT 2 logs say ?
