Content Server -XML workflow Extension - E-mail step support Hyperlink

Hello Experts,

I have a workflow that when a document is approved, the E-mail step sent email to specific users where the approved document is located in content server. Right now we have a long url in the email. I am looking some ways to have the url replaced by a hyperlink.

If it is possible an example will be greatly appreciated (example a combination of webreport and XML workflow ext)

if you are looking to alter the eMail step then you would need to get into the OScript and edit it there, perhaps use a PathInfoHandler instead.

If you want to look at a WR based solution, you could replace the step with a Step that generates and sends the mail as you want it.
