KB0563346 - How to Remove OTEXRL add-on from SAP

Hello!
We have an error when we try to upgrade from OTEXVIM 7.5 to 7.6, which implies the installation of OTBCBAS, OTBCSL00, and OTBCSL30:
"The conflict check detected conflicts between the Add-On OTBCSL30 release 80700_006 and the installed Add-On OTEXRL release 1000_700."

OT KB0563346 proposes the following solutions:

1)Uninstalling OTEXRL if OpenText Extended ECM is not used, before installing OTBCSL30

or

2)Upgrading OTEXRL to the latest version, before installing OTBCSL30

or

3)Use the ACP that has been published in KB0788043 before installing OTBCSL

As we are not using OTEXRL, we would like to uninstall it but we don't know how to do it.

We have searched released notes and Installation guides but have not found the procedure.

can you please tell us how to uninstall OTEXRL add-on?

Hello,

I have found out that releases 16.2 and 20.4 can be uninstalled. My guess is that version 10.0.0 cannot.

Does someone know if 10.5.0 or 16.0.0 versions can be uninstalled?
