I would like to search the documents that has specific name with API Rest.
I could make a api/v2/search with OTName but It return all object containing this name
i want to return the exact name only

The equality comparator forces matching on the entire string.
you may be able to use LQL to get exact matches see https://support.opentext.com/csm?sys_kb_id=d03eda8a87bf69501f4598273cbb3513&id=kb_article_view&sysparm_rank=3&sysparm_tsqueryId=868c03ee979a7950fa46bd2ef053afb3 otherwise a LiveReport/WebReport may be better, but remember that the OTName field is not unique.
how i can use the LQL to get my desired result
i am using it this way OTParentID:3359017 & OTName : "Customer"

have you set LookFor to ExactPhrase as well ?

yes i tried it but getting the same result
i have tried to add other filters but did not find any one to achieve my goal which is searching for the exact object name
