Error message editing one document with StoryTeller

Hi,

I'm developing documents with StoryTeller and Exstream. I was working with a document when suddenly trying to open it I get the following message:

Cannot open the selected editor.

Exception message: The RPC server is unavailable.

Exception Description: No description.

I can open other documents and processes within the same message. Do you know what can cause this error and how to fix it?

Sometimes a ghost places a piece of chewing-gum onto your disc and you have to deal with issues like this.

Fortunately you can easily kill the StoryTeller process, exit your project and restart it (your project). Then all you have to do is open / reload your StoryTeller from another source: be it an older copy from TEST or PROD or even your CAS backup - because everyone uses version control these days.
