Does ECM - Content server could index document in an oracle database

Is content server able to index document that reside in an oracle database that is not the Database for Content server. We have an application that stored different type of document in its Database (Oracle) but the application does not have indexing capacity so no search capacity for these document. I was wondering if Content server thru directory walker or other search crawler could index document stored in Oracle?

Other indexing tools include Directory Walker (fileshare) and Spider (web content) could be used if the content was exposed, directly or indirectly, in this way. Otherwise you would need to do something with one of the search/index connectors to pull the content in, but that is more involved activity.

the challenge I can only read the info, I can't copy it outside the DB. SO I need to index/search able to connect, read the doc then index it.
