Version control screen of a container

The login user has full permission to this folder call TestFolder1

Am expecting to be able to set version control (see screen shot) for this folder. However, can't find this version control menu for the folder item.

Any idea how to get to this Version Control screen?

Check the function menu privileges in '?func=admin.adminfactories' for restrictions

I don't get to see Version Control in ?func=admin.adminfactories, what I try was to remove those that are specify as restricted.

I have tried the following:

Intelligent Filling Folder

Virtual Folder

The version control for the folder does appear after that.

Not sure which one cause the menu to appear though. I suspect that it is Intelligent Filling Folder.

CS Version is 22.3
