Is there an option to search for bulk documents in the system?

Hi everyone, there are documents in the Opentext system that I need to move publicly. However, they are all located elsewhere and the number of documents I need to carry is quite high. However, I have the DATAID (nickname) information of all of them. Is there a function where I can search or combine all of these by entering the dataID information?

You could collect all the search results (if you don't see it, check privileges)

You can then apply the functions available in collections:

Alternatively you have to rely on coding using the CWS, which I can't advise you with myself I'm afraid.

You could use a livereport of course, but if you need the search result interface, you could also use advanced search as follows:

First of all, thank you for your comment :) In fact, I want all documents to appear in the folder view so that I can delete, move, manage all documents with the multi-selection key. Because I have really big number of documents. I can't access this function with search. How can I get a view where I can provide bulk management (as in the screenshot ) with Livereport?

This is more of a question of usability and hence another approach for a non-programmer.. Since you have the nicknames or dataids of all objects like the original poster said what I would do is first create a collection myself now pick one of the dataids and move it to this collection and then go to the collection and make sure you have the move and what not to your public place working so now we have a collection and we moved one node. If you are not a programmer then what you need to do is somehow try to write a Web Report and inside the top part write this.WR nowadays comes with a CI editor and it is kind of confusing to the average user. I would turn that off in your settings tab.If I am right then you should see a top bottom and a middle section and you can use the top portion to try this out.

Say your Dataid is 12345 and your Collection ID is 56789

Now for all the others who are trying to tell me how efficiently this could be done programmatically, I am trying to walk a business user and I assume knowledge of Excel,so all we now need is an Excel work sheet with all your dataids in one column and a formula using concatenate.If you provide the oneliner I provided and ask Google or chatgpt it will tell you the command or formula in Excel.Put say a good number 1000 in one WR and run it the collection will have 1000, then add until you get everything in and improvise :)
