Adding a classification folder via add item

I am trying to add the option to create a business workspace inside a folder using the add item menu but it's showing the workspace creation in the top right "+" menu in smart view. I followed the exact steps in the video tutorial by Opentext youtube playlist but it still not showing.

Where in your Classification Tree have you defined the Classification for your RFQ template Object?I this traversable in item No 1

Classification applied to the template object
Classification is applied to the Folder where you will create the RFQs

Alternatively, read the philosophy or design intent that encompasses Extended ECM.
