iHealthHist, is an integrated platform designed to store and share healthcare information securely and seamlessly. The solution provided an integrated portal that to view patient health history in a graphical manner. This can be used by doctors to sort through and better understand vast amounts of patient health records in a visual and intuitive manner. An AI based search function allows the doctor to utilize natural language searches to retrieve relevant documents from the timeline.

The solution also provides an intuitive interface for patients to share personal data such as eating habits, fitness regime, sleep, etc. with their doctor. Patients can also control the data and doctors who can access their records and enables the patient to have more accessibility and management of their health records.

The judges had a chance to play with the demo site from both the doctor and patient portals. The experience was seamless and showcased how simple the solution was to use from a patient perspective and how easy it was to navigate the doctor portal to find information which is important for adoption. This team leveraged OpenText's Content Storage and Capture Services in their solution.
