Installing Drivers for Exstream

Hi, I notice that in our Test Exstream server on installing Exstream 16.6, there is no Device Tool to enable installing of drivers into Exstream Repository. This used to be added to Streamserve using Device Tool but is now not available? Is there another way to do this please?

Hi Alex,

I've noticed that too.

The Device Tool is no longer as a separated executable app in a start menu, however, you can create/import new custom device in Global Resources, that will execute Device Tool automatically for you.

An alternative is to go to your "Drive:\Program Files\OpenText\Exstream\16.6\Applications\Common\16.6\bin\" folder where you can find the .exe
