Not sure if you still need it but for future reference the RUNSQL subtag accepts multiple parameters. Each parameter corresponds to %1,%2,%…. inputs on livereport.

Example of usage [LL_REPTAG_%LiveReportID RUNSQL:[LL_REPTAG_1]:[LL_REPTAG_2]

Being LiveReportID a constant defined on WebReport and REPTAG_1 %1 and REPTAG_2 %2. Please note that parameters are separated by :
