Exstream 16.6 and proxy

Hi,

I have Exstream server version 16.6, and we are asked to configure Exstream to use the proxy to communicate with the internet

Can you tell me where I can configure the proxy? via control center or something else?

I saw this post

but it does not correspond to what I am trying to do and I do not see the use of java in version 16.6 either
