Datamodel OpenText Access and Process Server 10.5.0 APSR-1050-012



Our organization is still reliant on OpenText Access and Process Server 10.5.0 APSR-1050-012 for various reasons. However, we are currently encountering issues where processes are getting stuck without clear causes. I'm seeking assistance to gather more information about the data model, which would enable me to conduct further investigation. Additionally, I need guidance on enabling extensive logging to facilitate thorough debugging. Another crucial aspect is verifying the integrity of the database.

Given that this version has been obsolete for about 5 or 6 years and is no longer supported by OpenText, I understand that I won't be able to seek official support. Therefore, I'm prepared to tackle these challenges independently. I'm hopeful that some of you are willing to assist me in gathering the necessary information and resolving these issues.
