I'm trying to look at a ticket on OpenText connect but every time I try to login it instantly redirects me to a screen that says:
Logout successful
No matter what I try I can't get in and view my ticket.
If there are Accepted Answers, those will be shown by default. You can switch to 'All Replies' by selecting the tab below.
Can you please try using Private/Incognito and signing in directly via https://support.opentext.com/
I have the same problem and private windows and/or navigator change does not solve the issue.
