Can security be added to the output PDF so that it cannot be edited?

Good afternoon, in Exstream the output PDFs can be edited but I need to add security so that they do not edit the PDFs, can you help me how to do it or if there is a way

We created a Java filter that signs the pdf with a certificate.

You don't need to add some picture for an overlay or anything, you can simply sign it with a certificate.
